In my last post, I discussed how the Oklahoma Supreme Court simultaneously found an Oklahoma law to be ambiguous and absurd—a logical impossibility. The majority’s flawed logic was highlighted by the dissent written by former Oklahoma Supreme Court Justice Patrick Wyrick.
