September 23, 2019 Minutes of the regular meeting of Kingfisher County Board of County Commissioners was held on September 23, 2019. Advanced notice of the meeting was posted on bulletin board next to the Commissioner’s office, North entrance on Sept. 20, 2019 at 8:45 am Chairman Jeff Moss called the meeting to order at 9:00 am with Commissioner Ray Shimanek leading the flag salute. Roll call was read with the following responses: Moss – present; Shimanek – present; Dobrovolny– yes
