Carol James Kerby was born in Cushing on Jan. 24, 1935, to Ray and Florence Culp James and died Friday July 26, 2019, at Hennessey Care Center.
She was 84.
Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 1, at Cordry-Gritz Funeral Home. Graveside service will be at 1:30 p.m. at Fairlawn Cemetery in Cushing.
Carol married Ronald “Boots” Kerby in Cushing on Feb. 10, 1956.
Carol is survived by one son Raymond Kerby and wife Amelia of Hennessey; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband; one sister, Zola James Evans; amd two brothers, Melvin James and Marvin James.
