Glenda Carmichael

Glenda Kaye (Forbes) Carmichael, 78, Kingfisher, passed away at her home on Oct. 27, 2020.

Glenda was the daughter of Glen and Lorene Forbes of Kingfisher.

She was a 1960 graduate of Kingfisher High School and remained close friends with most of her classmates throughout the years.

She retired from Gulfstream in 2002.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Sonny (Carl) Carmichael.

She is survived by one sister, Linda Schoelen of Kingfisher; two daughters, Connie Graves of Kingfisher and Kimberly Hyde and husband Jody of Oklahoma City; two granddaughters, Jill Hyde of Oklahoma City and Kaycie Graves of Kingfisher; and two grandsons, Kyle Graves of Walden, Colo., and Reid Hyde of Del City.

She loved and was very proud of her great-grandchildren Jordan, Jaxon, Evan, Kaiden, Rhyan and Daethan and her niece Lorree Garlett and nephews Justin Rousch and Jacob Schoelen.

Service arrangements are being handled by Sanders Funeral Service, Kingfisher.

A memorial will be planned for a later date. The family would like to thank you for all your thoughts and prayers.
