Mary Ruth Karrenbrock

Mary Ruth Short Karrenbrock passed away April 18, 2019, at Hillcrest Hospital in Tulsa.

She was born Aug. 9, 1932, in Oklahoma City to Radford and Cora Short.

Mary graduated from Dover High School in 1950.

She married Wayne Karrenbrock Aug. 3, 1952. She became a homemaker and was a member of the Federated Church of Kingfisher.

Survivors include three children Carol Luster and husband Tim of Claremore, Sheryl Clifft and husband Kevin of Stuart, Kenneth Karrenbrock and wife Alicia of Kingfisher; grandchildren Bryon Luster and wife ReAnna, Amber Luster, Tyler Clifft and wife Charlie, Traven Clifft, Ariel Pitts and husband Aaron, Lakyn and Karli Karrenbrock; and eight great-grandchildren..

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and siblings Dorothy Wise, David Short, Dean Short, Gerald Short, Betty Slack and Donald Short.

Graveside services were held April 25 at the Kingfisher Cemetery.
