Mickey Lynn Zachgo went to be with the Lord on Sept. 11, 2021, at the age of 65 after a long battle with Parkinson’s disease.
Mickey was born March 23, 1956, in Guthrie.
He worked in the oilfield most of his life, but his real joy was working as a mechanic on classic cars.
Later in his life, Mickey enjoyed visiting friends and family, spending as much time as possible with his four grandchildren that he loved to brag about.
He is survived by his son, Erick Zachgo and wife Brandy, and daughter Jessica Mullins and husband David, all of Kingfisher; four grandchildren, Carson and Cara Mullins, Jaydn Zachgo and Keenon Butler; brother Gary Zachgo of Dallas, Texas; sister Christi Lewis and niece Emily Lewis of Kingfisher.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Herschel and Margaret and infant brother and sister, Phillip and Sharyl.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 16, at the Crescent First Baptist Church under the direction of Abernathy-Aaron Funeral Home.
