Phyllis Frost

Phyllis Jean Frost, 65, was born July 19, 1954, to Pat Ray and Dorothy Frost in Mena, Ark., and passed away in Orange County, Calif., on Wednesday, Dec. 18, 2019, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Phyllis was active in track, basketball, softball and band.

She served as the Kingfisher County Junior Miss and graduated from Hennessey High School in 1972.

After high school, she moved to Stillwater to attend Oklahoma State University. She studied fashion merchandising at OSU and loved following beauty and fashion trends.

She had two children, Amber and Aaron, who were the joy in her world. She enjoyed her last few years in California where she was able to be close to her kids.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Gary Ray Frost.

She is survived by her children, Amber Bicomong and Aaron Dobrinski of Orange, Calif.; brother Larry Frost of Hennessey; sisters Frances Thiems of Kingfisher and Cyndi Ruckman of Leroy, Kan.; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
