A breakout performance by Katie Parham gave the Okarche Lady Warriors a three-game win streak to end their regular season.

Parham scored 33 points Tuesday night as Okarche overcame a fourth-quarter deficit to down rival Cashion 54-52 on the road.

Down by four entering the fourth, Okarche outscored its hosts 19-13.

Parham notched 15 of her points during that stretch.

“We just got stops and hit shots when we needed them,” said coach Brett Tahah as her Lady Warriors concluded the regular season with a 17-8 mark. They were 4-3 in Three Rivers Conference games.

Parham was already having a solid night through three quarters, but opened the fourth with a pair of treys and another field goal.

The sophomore guard also went 7 of 9 from the foul line in the quarter.

Callie Cramer added four points in the frame as part of her 13 points.

Only three Lady Warriors scored as Scout Payne totaled eight points.

But it was just enough. Okarche led by four with just three seconds left. The Lady Warriors let Cashion, which was out of timeouts, score as time was winding down.

Megan Shafer poured in 23 points for the Lady Wildcats.

Brooke Shafer added 13 points as did senior Abby Hobgood.

Cashion concluded its regular season with a mark of 16-9.
