Mable Eaton Meyer
Mable Ruth Eaton Meyer was born Jan. 12, 1933, to Mono and DeEtte Eaton.
She went to be with the Lord on July 1, 2019, at the age of 86.
Mable grew up in and graduated from Big Four School.
After she graduated, Mable started working as a surgical tech at St. Anthony’s Hospital in Oklahoma City.
She later met Leo Meyer from Okarche and they married Feb. 7, 1959. Leo and Mable had two daughters, Lori and Kimberly.
Mable continued to work in Kingfisher and Okarche hospitals and the in-home healthcare field for the remainder of her working career.
In her later years, she was known as one of the “Roundtable Ladies” at the Tower Cafe with her best friends Lucille Howard and Jo Gassen.
Mable is survived by her husband; daughter Lori Crawford and husband Ray; daughter Kimberly Annuschat and husband Thomas; grandchildren Shari and Chris Black, Kristina and Brian Mueggenborg, Clark and Jordyn Crawford and Kelsey and Dillon Ellis.
Also, great-grandchildren Ember, Latham and Harper Black; Preston and Blake Mueggenborg; Elayna and Wesley Crawford; and Hayli, Rhett, Landon, Bennett and Annie Ellis; sister Susan Webb; nieces and nephews Jim and Cynthia Eaton, Francene Eaton, Mark Eaton, Jonathan Benson and Rick and Patricia Benson; several brothers- and sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Clifford Eaton, Sr., and two nephews, Clifford “Butch” Eaton, Jr., and Terry Eaton.
