A year ago, Oklahoma Bible Academy handed Lomega its first loss of the season and held the Lady Raiders to an unfathomable 30 points.

That OBA team went on to win the Class 2A state championship.

This isn’t that team and this wasn’t last year.

Class B-II’s top-ranked Lomega exacted a bit of revenge on Tuesday night throttling visiting OBA 100-37.

Lomega, which hadn’t played since Nov. 21, improved to 6-0 with the victory.

Behind a trio of 3-pointers and 11 points from Hadley Ott in the first quarter, Lomega sped out to a 29-16 lead.

The Lady Raiders’ scoring increased in the second while the Lady Trojans’ output went in the opposite direction.

The offense ran through Reagan Snowden in the second quarter as she poured in 15 points while Lomega outscored OBA 35-5.

Up 64-21 at the break, Lomega continued to pour it on - more like pour it in - in the second half.

The Lady Raiders made 12 3-pointers as a team. Six came in each half.

Aliana Lawson made one of those as part of an eight-point third quarter.

She ended the night with 17 overall.

In the fourth, Olivia Landreth came off the bench for a trio of 3-pointers and Claire Myers added another.

Bree Yost made two treys in the first half.

Snowden eventually led all scorers with 22.

Paige Wheeler chipped in 13 while Ott finished her night with 11.

Sharp-shooting Raiders earn 74-56 victory After nearly three weeks off, the Lomega basketball team returned to action on Tuesday and garnered its second straight win.

Playing for the first time since Nov. 21, the Raiders used a big first half to down visiting Oklahoma Bible Academy 74-56.

The victory evened Lomega’s mark at 3-3.

If there was any rust in shooting the ball, it didn’t show as Lomega made seven of its overall 10 3-pointers in the first half.

Four of those left the fingertips of Lance Yost, including three in the second quarter when Lomega erupted for 25 points and turned a 10-point lead into a 19-point advantage.

Noah Lentz was also redhot as he made two treys and scored 10 points in that quarter.

Lentz also had another 3-pointer and a three-point play in the first quarter.

He eventually finished with a game-high 19 points.

Yost made five 3-pointers overall and scored 17.

Those two combined for 31 points in the first half.

Jaxson Snowden added 10 in those early quarters and six more in the third for his 16 points.

Traevon Smith-Dunn closed strong as he scored all 12 of his points in the second half.
