Pictured on the left is Daniel Ruhl (left) being administered the oath of office for Seat 3 on the city commision by City Attorney Jared Harrison. Ruhl won an election last week over incumbent Dawn Taylor and fellow challenger Jimmie Koehn. He was one of two city commissioners elected. The other, Jeremie Hill for Seat 4, was out of town for work on Monday and will take the oath of office at 8 a.m. Friday, April 17.
