Okarche Public Schools’ eighth grade promotion took place May 8 near the end of the annual awards assembly. The class of 29 accepted their certificates, and the 10 valedictorians and two salutatorians were recognized. Valedictorians were Blakely Stephens, Lizzy Schwarz, Chloe Rother, Canon Rother, Reese Robinson, Harrison Mueggenborg, Jacob Henderson, Hartli Ford, Blake Endres, and Cy Collamore. Salutatorians were Evelyn Schroeder and Alli Riedlinger.
