Up 12-7 after a quarter, the Wildcats outscored Watonga 17-0 in the second.

They pushed their lead to nearly three dozen points with another 18-8 run in the third.

Cashion out-rebounded the Eagles 48-23.

The victory pushed Cashion to 10-9 overall and 3-2 in the conference.

Win streak for CHS girls

It took just two days for Cashion to go from losing streak to winning streak.

The Lady Wildcats on Friday defeated Watonga 58-51 on the road in a Three Rivers Conference showdown.

It came just one day after Cashion had knocked off Hennessey to end a fourgame losing skid.

Lauren Jenkins scored 22 points overall as Cashion slowly garnered some distance in the fourth quarter.

Reese Williams contributed another 15 points while Madison Westerhoff scored 10.

Cashion was 8-11 after the win and 3-2 in the conference.
