Addy Matthews got the strong start.

Abbie Myers got the strong finish.

The Lady Jackets also did plenty in between as Kingfi sher thumped Clinton 6127 at the Tornado Dome last Tuesday night.

Matthews scored all 15 of her points in the first half, one that saw KHS get out to a 27-10 advantage.

She was joined by Emily Myers and Peyton Walker in making one 3-pointer each in the first quarter.

Matthews added two more in the second while going 4 for 4 from the foul line.

Abbie Myers hit one 3-pointer in the third quarter, but it was the fourth where the freshman caught fire.

She made five field goals and scored 12 points.

The younger Myers also scored 15 points.

Walker and Kadyn Daugherty added eight apiece for KHS while Emily Myers scored seven as the Lady Jackets improved their mark to 16-4.
