Claudia Sue Triplett Kirk, 79, of Edmond, passed away on Feb. 4, 2026, in Oklahoma City after a courageous journey with Alzheimer’s Disease.

She was born Feb. 20, 1946, in Enid to Charles B. and Betty Jewel Purdue Triplett and grew up on her family farm in Kingfisher County.

Claudia graduated from Big Four School in 1964 and later earned her bachelor’s degree in education from Central State University (University of Central Oklahoma).

She enjoyed a long and successful career with Southwestern Bell Yellow Pages/AT&T, retiring as a manager in 2003.

Claudia was preceded in death by her parents and her first husband, Larry McDaniel.

She is survived by her husband, Jim Kirk of Edmond; her daughter, Diane Ragland (Mark) of Dayton, Ohio; two sisters; two brothers; and many beloved nieces, nephews and grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

Claudia will be remembered for her warmth, creativity and the love she shared so freely with all who knew her.

Memorial services for Claudia will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 14, at Sanders Funeral Service Chapel under the direction of Sanders Funeral Service.
